 Hello readers for the last couple of weeks we have been working on freak the mighty and today we done a fast finishers task we were reading this because we started reading novels and we had started doing HuruManu 2 and it is reading this is what I made please leave a comment on my blog on what I could do better next time

Where does Freak lead Max on their latest adventure? Freak leads Max to the medical centre.
How does Freak feel when they arrive? when they got there freak was exited.
How can Max tell that Freak feels this way?  I can tell that he felt this way because he kept touching his excitement

 Hello readers for the last couple of weeks we have been working on Freak The Mighty and we had to make our own questions and then we had to answer them these are the questions please leave a comment on my blog on what i could do better next time. 

Why is the book called freak the mighty? The book was called freak the mighty because at first he is a freak and then he make friends.

Was freak and Max both disabled? Yes they are freak has something wrong with his leg and Max I don't know whats wrong with him.

Gymnastics

Hello readers for the last couple of weeks we have been working on gymnastics with Mr Palmer some of the things we done were straight jump tuck jump and two other's.  I learnt to always tuck when you do a flip because you might land on your head.  First we were on the tramp and then we rotated after that i went to the beam. please leave a comment on my blog on what I could do better.

Abstract Art

 Hello readers for the last couple of weeks we have been working on abstract art we made two but before we finished our abstract art we played some games the games we played were year 7/8 who could get more hoops in and then we done a 3v3 basketball game my team won. My favourite part on doing the abstract art was learning something new. The most challenging part was drawing all of the shapes and everything else the three word that inspire me were Happiness and Anger.  Hello readers for the last couple of days we have been working on character description, if you don't know I am reading a story called Freak The Mighty. Some of the people we haven't read about like Max and his grandpa. Max's grandpa is over protective and he has a shotgun he wants to help Max because he gets bullied. Language Week

Hello today we started working on Language week we were aloud to chose two country's my country was Niue I needed to chose a task and the task i chose was 100 word challenge it was bout the videos Niue is a small place it is a island.

Once there were some people singing a song it was so beautiful that more people were going to come along there were girls and guys and they were playing different types of instruments they were representing there country. A man and a Women were both singing after the women sung the man started singing he was also playing the guitar. They were hitting the drums like a bird hitting a tree it sounded beautiful.

100 Word Challenge

Hello readers for the last couple of weeks we have started school again and I have done a 100 word challenge.There once was a dog with a blanket on his head he was in the woods. He doesn't not know how he got there. He was asleep happily then woke up in the middle of a forest with a blanket on his head. He was very confused and goes for a but he sees another dog. There was another dog in the distance he walks towards it and it disappears. There was someone that was tricking him. It kept on disappearing it every time he got close He finally found his way out and got home safely to his kind caring family.

 Hello readers for the last couple of days we have been working on a summary and then we needed to start working on a fast finishers task the fast finishers task was to share what Max and Freaks thought and then we had to tell our thoughts. When Max first met Freak Max never had a brain until Freak came because Freak was smart and then they started to become friends.  My thoughts on Max and Freak are that they are good friends and they should be friends for ever because they both get bullied and then they can defeat the bullies Max and Freak met because Max moved to the school and then they became friends at first they didn't like each other and then they became best friends.

Freak The Mighty

Hello readers for the last couple of days we have been reading book the three book chooses were Freak The Mighty,Playing To Win, Boy I have never read any of them so I chose Freak The Mighty and today we needed to make a summary about what happens. The protagonist are Max and Kevin they are friends and one of them are new to the school. Max was the smart one out of them both Kevin. Was disabled his legs don't work and he was crutches.  Max and Kevin are only friends because Max helped Kevin get his american flyer. I predict that Kevin and Max are going to become really good friends and then they will be the bully's to the real bully's. Please leave a comment on my blog on what i could do better next time.

Pink Shirt Day DLO

 Hello readers for the last couple of days we have been working on Pink Shirt Day after we had to create a DLO we were aloud to work with someone.  I created a Pink Shirt Day DLO pink shirt day is about a young man that got bullied because we was wearing pink and then some people brought pink shirts and everyone wore them this is what I made please leave a comment on my blog on what I could do better next time.

Blackout Poem

 Hello readers for the last couple days we have been working on Blackout poetry if you don't know what blackout poetry it is where you have to chose some words and then you circle them in to make a story line. After your story makes sense you need to shade it in black I made some of mine about Jacinda Ardern. This is what I made please leave a comment on my blog on what I could do better next time.  

First: Start getting all of your things you will need and then once you have gotten all of your equipment start choosing some words and then you can shade it in black you can add some photos if you want. 

Second: Get a piece of paper and then glue all of your story's onto your piece of paper you can write 1,2,3 if you want I wanted to so I done it like 1,2,3.

But overall I liked this task and it was fun I would like you to try it one day if you can and you have equipment.

Badge of Honour

 Hello readers for the last couple of weeks we have been working on pink shirt day. Today we read a book it was called Badge of Honour it was about some people of were chosen to be leaders. One of them joined a gang they were doing an Assembly and there were four of them and they were going to get a badge. They done it in front of lots of people and they all wanted to be leaders and then Mrs Latu said everyone will be performing.  I remember one time someone was getting bullied and people were calling him names and I went over there and I stuck up for him and then he was fine.  Please leave a comment on my blog on what I could do better next time.

PE Expextions

 Hello readers fir the last couple of weeks we have been doing PE and today we were talking about PE expectations we should have our PE gear and be ready to do sports if we do not have  our PE gear we might write lines or pick up rubbish. Once you have changed into your PE gear u should come into the room and sit down the gear should be left alone until the teacher says we can pick the gear up.
