Stars Day Out

Hello readers yesterday we went on a trip with our Star mentors and the teacher it was really fun some of the activities were fun. First we played some games to warm our bodies up and then we put our harnesses on and then we tightened them up. After we done that we got to climb I was scared because im scared of height's but I still gave it ago after doing that we hopped back on the bus and we went to a lake we had to build a raft there. The materials we used were Rope, Big Blue Buckets, and wood and then after we we took them into water and we had a race with the other team we lost because we didn't work as a team but people still gave it a try.

Hello readers for the last couple of weeks we have been doing food tech we made scones we have to do it again because it didn't turn out good my team was working well but our teamwork was bad because I was doing most of the work by myself.

3 cups self-raising flour (or plain flour with baking powder)

• 3 cups plain flour (or self-raising flour)
• 6 tsp baking powder (only use if use plain flour)
• 1/2 tsp table salt
• 60 g butter salted, cubed
• 1 1/4 cups milk

 Hello readers for the last couple of weeks we have been doing science we had a relive teacher today because our science teacher wasn't there we were aloud to work with people if we wanted to I was working with Isaac and we got the task finished.

 Hello readers for the last couple of weeks we have been doing English with Miss Birtch today we needed to make a DLO about different types of film techniques we had to work in groups if we wanted to or else we could have worked by our self. I was working with Isaac we were using a phone because it was easier for us and it looked better but we found one of the pictures on google because we forgot to take a picture of one of them. Whare Tapa Wha is about… Well-being and happiness 

This is useful to understand because... if one of your four bits are damaged then it can be bad for your mental health.
I participated well because i got all of my work finished and I helped someone because i invited them to my group
I contributed by doing all of my work and helping others.
Next time I will help someone else and teach them how to learn about Te Whare Tapa Wha

it was challenging when… I had nobody to work with until someone came over and started helping me.
I coped with the challenge by.. The challenge was easy because I used the shapes on google drawing.
I worked okay because I used the google shapes and it was easy because the shapes were like the same.
Next time I will use another app to make Te Whare Tapa Wha and work with someone else.

Food Tech

 Hello readers for the last couple of weeks we have been doing food tech the food we made was good my My group worked well we got everything finished wen finished first we had to get all of our ingredients, and then we started buttering. In the end we got to leave a couple of minutes after the bell had gone these are some of the pictures we took. The food was called Savoury Bread Cases. The ingredients we used were Tinned spaghetti, Sliced bread, Grated cheese, Ham, Pineapple, Margarine. The oven was Mon bake 1.80 C and we put the oven on 10 minutes.

Hello readers today we were  doing science and we had to pick and animal and then we had to describe how it moves and do some research this is what i made please leave a comment on my blog on what i could do better next time.

Pandas walk on there feet but they don't have the best balance pandas can use trees to climb but sometimes they use ropes or something else to get to the other side they use there arms because they are strong.  A pandas strongest body parts are there jaws and teeth.

Pandas can protect themselves as well as most other bears by using their physical strength and powerful jaws and teeth.  For every animal the skeleton is made of a series of bones.Animals without a backbone are called invertebrates.

   

 

100 Word Challenge

 Hello readers today we done a 100 word challenge mine was a scary picture it was a man that needed a mask because his face was ugly and then he went to there place and got the mask back and then they all became friends this is what I made please leave a comment on my blog on what I could do better.

There once was a man who had no mask because someone stole it. He had no eyes and he was looking for the people who took his mask. They had run away, half of his face was gone and that's why he wore a mask. He knew were they were and he was going to follow them and get them he was trying to get his mask but he also wanted to kill them there name we Jack, George, and Ben they were really scared because they heard a knock at the door they opened it and then they screamed it was the person who wanted his mask in the end he got it and they were all fine.

 Hello readers during wananga we doing a task board we were doing it because it is Chinese language week and the next this is what I made. It was a Chinese Lantern.  Hello readers for the last couple of weeks we have been doing PE with Mr Palmer we were doing running my times were 6.20 in the 60 Metre sprint and then after that we done 100 metre sprint my time was 13.16 second. After that we came back into the gym and we done some sports today we were going to do octopus. Please leave a comment on my blog on what I could do next time.

 Hello readers for the last couple of weeks we recently started school again we have been doing English with Miss Birtch and Mr Wilson. Taika Waititi  has been in other movies here are some hes been in Jojo Rabbit, Thor Ragnarok, and boy. When we get later on in the term we are going to watch a movie the movie is for an essay the movie is called Hunt for the wilderpeople.  Here are some facts about Taika Waititi. When Taika Waititi was young his dad was in a biker gang. Taika Waititi was in a foster home because his family died. Taika Waititi's foster parent's names were Bella, and Hector his parents we gonna put him in a orphanage. An orphanage is a residential institution home with a group of people. Taika Waititi was born in Raukokore Waihau Bay.
