Mahinga Kai
Hello readers for the last couple of weeks we have been making slides and doing questions about Mahinga Kai and then we had to look on google maps for free food that you can get from trees and other places. There were some apple trees and some plum trees one of them were near mega air and this sis what I made I hope you enjoy!

Kia ora Jesse,
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing the work you have been doing around Mahinga Kai. It's great to see you continuing your work at home and completing it! On slide 3 you say that 'living off the land' means Kai Crusader - what do you mean by that? Could you please explain a little bit more? Also, I am really interested to know how you found the fruit trees in your area? How did you know what to look for?
- Miss Morgan
Hey Jesse, it is great to see some of your work! I love that you have found where there are trees in your area to get free fruit! Ive been picking peaches all week from my tree at home and i planted a peach tree in my local park last weekend so that everyone in our neigbourhood will be able to pick their own in a few years. We will need to plant sopme more fruit trees at school when we get back - what are your favorite fruit?
ReplyDeleteIm looking forward to seeing some of things you have been doing while at home on your blog. Mark
